When booking a private transfer from Downtown Oakland and the surrounding areas (please carefully choose from the list of pickup locations we offer) too the Oakland (OAK) and SFO Airport you will need to provide your hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to the airport with plenty of time to get your luggage checked and clear security. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage loaded. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
