Whether you are a first time or avid hiker, our team of experienced guides will take you away from the city and onto some of the most beautiful trails in the country. Join us for an adventure and we’ll show you that the best views of the ocean aren’t the ones that you find from the beach. Our team is one of the few outfitters in the greater Los Angeles area that is permitted to lead hiking trips in the Santa Monica National Wilderness Area. Most of our favorite routes depart from Zuma Canyon, but we individually plan every trip based on the goals and ability levels of guests.

What To Expect
Trips start from the Zuma Canyon parking lot and will take you on a stunning loop through one of the most wild and untouched sections of the Santa Monica Mountains. This route provides fantastic views of the coast, a variety of topography (smooth fire roads and rocky single track), and the ability to see multiple waterfalls in a single trip. Lunch will be provided on the trail, and for the more adventurous groups there are multiple opportunities to tack on additional excursions, and summit a few small peaks, all extending from the main loop. The day will be capped off with a dip in the ocean at Point Dume – one of Malibu’s most picturesque spots.
